TUESDAY, 14 MARCH 2023
MORNING GROUP 2 HOUR LSD WALK
Venue: Vergelegen Gardens, Somerset West
Time: Leave Nantes Park at 08:30; return between13:00 and 14:00.
Activities: Wellness activites - walking in park, appreciating nature
Note: *Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes; sunblock and a sunhat are advisable.
** Liaise with Ammie (0825824152 whatsapp text) regarding your pre-arranged lift and the donation towards petrol expenses of drivers. Thirty two members have been placed already.

Activities: walking, jogging, weight training
Note: * Please bring your water, mat and both dumbells (2x1kg) with.
** In future we might be using the Nantes clubhouse at the A's Sportsground for wellness activities and training on certain rainy or very windy days. If not raining, our outdoor training at the Nantes Park will enjoy priority.
